When you add your organisation to the open letter, we collect the following information:
- Your name
- Email address
- Organisation name
- Organisation logo
This data is used to display your organisation on the public supporter wall and to add your name to the open letter.
How long we keep data
We keep the information described above for up to one year. After that period, it is deleted unless we are required by law to keep it longer.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies on this site. Essential cookies may be set by our hosting platform to keep the site secure and available.
Hosting and subprocessors
This site is hosted on Lovable Cloud, which provides the database, authentication, storage, and server functions used to run the campaign. Platform-level security and availability features are provided by Lovable Cloud; application-level data handling and content decisions are the responsibility of the campaign operator.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. To make a request, contact the campaign team through the open letter materials. We will respond as soon as possible and within the time limits required by applicable law.
Security and reporting
If you discover a security issue or vulnerability on this site, please report it to the campaign team rather than publicly disclosing it.
